2011 Zinfandel Rosé

Our 2011 Zinfandel Rosé is crafted via the saignée method- in which we bleed a small portion of juice off our tank of Zinfandel. This is done in years of above average berry size in order to increase the ratio of skin to juice, providing greater extraction and flavor from our Zinfandel grapes. As a result, we are happy to offer you this dry zinfandel rosé, full of dark fruit flavors, and a crisp finish. The body on this wine is rather full for a rosé, and as such, we hope that you find it works with a lazy day by the pool and a summer barbecue as much as we think it does.
